About Dr. Bigham
Dr. Joshua Bigham is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician focused on helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve quality of life through minimally invasive treatment options.
He specializes in the treatment of chronic neck and back pain, sports injuries, nerve-related pain conditions, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and advanced interventional pain procedures.
Dr. Bigham completed his anesthesiology and interventional pain management training at the University of Kentucky and has been practicing in the Greenville area for more than 10 years before joining the CONA team.
Dr. Bigham sees patients at all three CONA locations: Spartanburg, Duncan and Greenville.
