CONA is pleased to introduce Dr. Maggie Luthringer as our newest addition to the practice. Dr. Luthringer is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand specialist who utilizes advanced techniques for both operative and non-operative conditions of the hand, wrist, and forearm to reduce pain and maximize function.
Dr. Luthringer is a graduate of Northwestern University and received her medical education at Rush University in Chicago. She completed her plastic and reconstructive surgical residency at Rutgers. Having gained a passion for upper extremity reconstruction during residency, she then went on to gain further specialized training in orthopedic hand surgery at OrthoCarolina. Dr. Luthringer has extensive training in complex trauma reconstruction, peripheral nerve injuries, spasticity treatments, as well as the most common hand diseases. She is focused on “treating the patient, not just the disease” and is excited for the opportunity to care for people in the upstate.
