Dr. Alexeev is a fellowship trained orthopedic sports medicine surgeon, applying both operative and non-operative techniques in the treatment of conditions of the shoulder, hip, and knee to reduce pain and restore function.

Dr. Alexeev is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and completed his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He subsequently completed his orthopedic surgery training at Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, GA prior to pursuing his sports medicine fellowship at University Hospitals/Case Western where he received extensive training in complex knee, hip, and shoulder surgery. During his fellowship he was a team physician for the Cleveland Browns NFL football team and the Cleveland Monsters AHL hockey team, as well as several local high schools. He is currently a team physician for Limestone University and Spartanburg High School.
