About Dr. Baxley
Dr. Timothy Baxley is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurologist with extensive experience treating conditions affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system.
He specializes in the treatment of headaches, migraines, neuropathy, tremors, epilepsy, sleep disorders, and brain and spinal cord conditions using advanced neurological care and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Baxley completed his medical school, residency, and fellowship training at MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina, where he also served as Chief Neurology Resident. He previously practiced at Clemson Neurology (Prisma Health) before joining CONA.
Dr. Baxley sees patients at all three CONA locations: Spartanburg, Duncan and Greenville.
