This was my first visit to the CONA urgent care and it was great! I was seen quickly, and everyone was very friendly. The PA, Earl L. explained my x-rays, did a thorough examination, and recommended a treatment plan. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and my concerns. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end.

I had a very positive experience with Earl Laseter, PA. He was courteous, compassionate, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. From the moment the appointment began, he created a welcoming and friendly environment that made it easy to discuss my concerns.

He demonstrated a strong depth of knowledge and took the time to carefully listen to my symptoms and questions. I never felt rushed, and he ensured that I fully understood my condition and the possible treatment paths. What I appreciated most was that he ensured I was informed and involved in my care.

Overall, the combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion made the experience excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthopedic care.

Crystal Bishop was very thoughtful and thorough. She listened to me telling her what treatments I had before I came to her. She told me what she thought would be my best option. She gave a cortisone shot in my hip joint that helped me immensely. I would definitely recommend her and this office.

Jennifer has always been so very nice to me. She always listens and answers any questions I have. She was particularly patient when another doctor's office had called my phone and I had to answer because I'd been waiting two weeks for a refill on my dexcom 6. diabetes sensor. She is wonderful , very intelligent, Good at her job and caring.

I was in and out of walking clinic yesterday 2/10/26 in 45 minutes. Earl Laseter, PA did an excellent job with my shoulder injection. Barely felt it!! Thank you Earle!

The x-ray department did a great job as well. Check-in and out were very courteous and helpful! Thanks to everyone. The lady that called me back was very kind. 5 Stars start to finish!
